These terms explain how purchases and use of nuvinova.com work. Please read them with our Refunds & Exchanges and Privacy Policy. For questions, contact hello@nuvinova.com.
Who may use the store
Nuvinova is an adult store. You must be at least 18 and legally able to purchase the relevant products in your location. Use the site and products lawfully. Do not submit someone else’s information without permission, misuse the checkout, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the store’s operation.
Product information and availability
Check each product’s description, measurements, materials, options and care instructions before ordering. Images and screen colours can vary, and a product’s fit or suitability depends on its stated specifications and your requirements. Ask support if a feature or size is unclear. Follow the supplied instructions and stop using a product that appears damaged or faulty.
Orders are subject to product availability and our ability to fulfil the delivery. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you about the options before proceeding. Any alternative product or revised charge requires your agreement; an affected payment can be reviewed for a refund.
Prices, currencies and totals
The store uses BDT for Bangladesh and USD for other countries. Your country selection suggests the display currency; your billing country determines the checkout currency. Currency conversions and prices may change before an order is placed. Check the currency, selected product options, delivery charge and final total before confirming the order.
Only charges shown or agreed for your order apply. Any taxes collected by the store will be shown at checkout. Destination authorities may separately assess import duties, taxes or clearance charges; these are not included unless expressly stated for the order. Please check destination requirements before ordering.
Placing and accepting an order
Provide an accurate name, email address, telephone number and delivery address so we can review and fulfil the order. Tell support promptly if details need correcting; a change may not be possible once fulfilment or dispatch has begun.
Submitting checkout creates an order request. An acknowledgement or pending order page does not itself verify payment or guarantee acceptance. Order processing follows confirmation of availability, delivery eligibility and any required payment review. We will contact you if an issue prevents the order from proceeding.
Manual Mobile Banking payments
Only payment methods actually offered for your saved order are available. Where enabled, bKash, Nagad and Rocket use a confirmed personal account and Send Money. Use the receiver, provider, currency and exact total on your own Nuvinova payment page. Do not substitute a number from another site or an old order.
The manual wallet methods require a BDT order with eligible Bangladesh billing and delivery details. They are not an automatic international card checkout. If no suitable payment method is available, contact support before sending money.
The payment flow asks for the payer wallet account and a Transaction ID so the store can match the transfer. A submitted reference places the order in manual review; it does not automatically mark the order as paid. Do not transfer a second time while a submitted transfer is being checked. We never ask for your wallet PIN, OTP, provider password or login.
A pending payment page can expire or become unavailable if the order changes. If you have already transferred money, contact support with the order number and Transaction ID instead of paying again. Refunds, where approved, follow our Refunds & Exchanges policy.
Delivery
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 80.
- Outside Dhaka, within Bangladesh: BDT 120.
- Outside Bangladesh: delivery is listed as free; fulfilment remains subject to destination availability and applicable restrictions.
For a Bangladesh delivery, choose the correct Inside Dhaka or Outside Dhaka area at checkout; no area is assumed for you. The final order total includes the applicable delivery charge. Contact support to confirm a destination if you are unsure it can be served.
Any delivery estimate provided for an individual order can change. Customs, carrier handling, address problems or other circumstances can affect delivery. Contact support about a missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcel so the delivery evidence can be reviewed.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase and depend on whether fulfilment can still be stopped. Standard unopened returns and standard faulty or incorrect-item reports have a 180-day window from purchase. The special large or life-size doll policy uses a 7-day window from receipt and a 20% restocking fee on eligible change-of-mind returns. Privacy, communications and external services
We use order and contact details as described in our Privacy Policy. Essential order and support messages are separate from any optional marketing permission. Buying from the store does not automatically subscribe you to promotions.
Wallet apps, delivery services and external websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link or provider logo identifies the relevant service; it does not mean Nuvinova operates that service or can guarantee its availability.
Site changes and applicable rights
We may correct errors, update product information or change the site and these terms. Updated terms will be posted here with their date; the terms supplied for an accepted order will not be replaced retroactively just because the website changes.
